Location in Barrie

Located just 75 kilometers north of Toronto, Barrie is a thriving city with a population exceeding 155,000. The city offers a vibrant community with access to both urban amenities and natural surroundings, making it an ideal location for residential and mixed-use developments.

Planned Residential Development

Our project aims to build over 800 residential units on the site. The development will take place in multiple phases, with the first phase featuring a 30-story building comprising 410 units, followed by a second phase with a 33-story building, further enhancing the community with additional living spaces.
